Every version, side by side.
Pick any two versions — as introduced, first substitute, enrolled — and read them next to each other. Added language comes up green, struck language comes up red, and Changes only drops the paragraphs nobody touched.
Search inside the text, jump straight to a section, and open the fiscal note and the Legislature's own comparison PDF from the same screen. On the web you can also save your comparison as a PDF and send it to somebody who doesn't have a seat.
Highlight a sentence in one of four colours, attach a note to it, and @-mention the teammate who needs to answer for it.
Bins find their own bills.

A bin doesn't store a list of bills, it stores the rules that find them. Open it and it runs again, so a bill that moved into committee last night is in the bin this morning without anybody dragging it there.
Build rules from 43 fields across the bill, the bill text, your team's own content and what partners have published: is, is not, contains, any of, more than, in the last N days. Chain them with AND, or group them with OR.
“Me” means whoever is looking, so one bin called My high-priority reads works for the whole team. Bins never leave your organization.

Roll call by roll call, against the stances you took.
Every Utah legislator has a page: contact links, committees, leadership roles, the bills they sponsored and how many passed. Under that, every roll call they've cast on a bill you took a public stance on, marked aligned or against.
The grade is arithmetic on your own public stances, and an admin sets the scoring rule. Change the rule and every grade recomputes.
Grades never leave your organization. We don't publish them, rank them, or show them to another organization on the tracker.

Invite people by email and they land in your organization as an Admin or an Editor. Invite links are locked to the address you sent them to and expire after 14 days. Seats count members and pending invites, and anybody who works for two groups can switch between them without signing out.
Assign a bill, @-mention a teammate in a note, and it shows up in their inbox and on their phone. Watched bills push when the stage changes, when a hearing is set, or when a substitute is filed, and a digest lands at 7am daily or weekly — your call.

Questions.
What does a session plan cover?
The 45-day general session, the run-up from the day you buy, and access to the bills you worked on until the next session opens. There's no monthly bill and nothing renews on its own.
Is there a trial?
Fourteen days, no card. You get the whole product, not a cut-down version, so you can load last session's bills and see whether the columns and bins fit how you work.
Can our whole team use it?
Team includes 6 seats and Organization 12. Invite people by email; a seat is used by a member or a pending invite. Anyone who works for two groups can switch between them in one account.
What's the difference between the tracker and being a partner?
The tracker is bought and it's private — your positions, notes and grades stay inside your organization. Partner Tools are applied for, and they're how you publish to app users. You need a tracker plan either way; approval costs nothing extra.
Do you take sides?
No. What the Hill? stays neutral on every bill. Partners take sides openly under their own name, and the tracker never tells you where to stand — it records where you already do.
How do we pay?
